The bridge in Kurchum, opened on the Bukhtarma reservoir, is the longest in Kazakhstan, 1,316 meters long, and the depest bridge. The bridge connects six districts: Kurchum, Ulken Naryn, Markakol, Katonkaragay, Tarbagatai and Zaysan.
