The building was built in 1915. In 1918, meetings of the Alash party representatives were held here, and the house was used as the party headquarters. A historical place, where traces of the national intelligentsia remained. The owner of the house, J. Tatanov, was shot by three drunken revolutionaries by Bolsheviks in the yard of his house.
