The house was built in 1906-1907. The facade of this house is richly decorated with patterns. Expressive architectural details are two symmetrical protrusions in the form of portals, located on the main facade. The fence of the house stretches for several meters and the upper part of the entrance gate was dismantled during the Soviet era, so that large vehicles could enter the courtyard.
