Zaisan Local History Museum is located in the city of Zaisan. The usable area of the museum building is 198.8 sq. m. The museum was opened in 1971. It includes six exhibition halls: nature hall, Kazakh ethnography hall, Russian ethnography hall, crafts hall, military hall, and modernity hall. The building was constructed in 1894 by the famous master Bayazit Sabituly for merchant Bidakhmet Bobkin.
