"Nurly Zhol" park is located on the left bank of the Irtysh River, the park is decorated by the main monument with the same name. Two steles of the monument, made in the color of the flag of Kazakhstan, symbolize the connection of the two continents - Europe and Asia. The steles are united by a shanyrak, above which an eagle hovers. The soaring eagle is made of gold leaf.
