The building was biult in the 30s of the lasr century by Japanese prisoners of war. In Soviet times it was operated as a cultural center. During the years of perestroika, the building was not used, and in 1996 it was donated to the Orthodox Churche.
Since 2009, an icon painting workshop has been established at the sacred biulding. Many icons of saints were created here, such as the icon of Matrona of Moscow, the healer Panteleimon and many others.
A Sunday School has been operating at the spiritual building since 1998, where junior, adolescent and middle groups study.
