Order № 259 of the Acting Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 6, 2021 made changes to the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2020 № 156 "On approval of the rules of public service "Licensing of tour operator activity (tour operator activity). Under the new rules, tour operator activity is divided into two categories:
- domestic tourism;
- Outbound tourism.
You may apply for reissue of a license on the portal Egov.kz.
To do so you will need:
- Authorize at the portal using the organization's EDS;
- Go to the tabs "Home", "Business", "Licensing and accreditation", "Licensing" and select the service "Issuance of a license for tourist operator activity (tour operator activity);
- click on the button "Order the service online", and then automatically go to the electronic licensing portal elicense.kz.
