Special attention was paid to the natural conditions and scenic locations, the preservation of the forest fund, environmental safety and the potential of the chosen site for the development of a recreational area. Meanwhile, the development of tourism remains a priority area for the development of Glubokoe district. We managed to talk about promising investment projects with the head of the district during the press tour "Shygys 360°" of the RSK East Kazakhstan region.
- We are located in close proximity to the regional center, industrial Ust–Kamenogorsk, so weekend tourism is the main direction of development," Eldar Tumashinov emphasized. – We are generally the first in Eastern Kazakhstan in skiing – we have both the Altai Alps and Nur Tau. A very large tourist flow is observed here. We also plan to develop the ski cluster on the basis of The Forest Hills hotel complex, and a spa hotel will appear here. A large investment project is planned to be implemented on the basis of the Equestrian Yard.
About a billion tenge of private investment will be spent on the development of another wonderful tourist location in Glubokoe district – the Zarechye eco-hotel. A chic restaurant has already been opened, and they will soon launch their own cheese and brewery.
