Based on its concept, Monotel focuses not only on comfort but also on the idea of developing the Kazakhstani hospitality industry. It aims to prove that local hotels are capable of providing world-class service based on professionalism, hospitality, and unique national flavor.
The hotel complex features a well-thought-out infrastructure: the building consists of seven floors and 46 rooms (four Presidential suites, two luxury suites, eight junior suites, and 32 standard rooms). The first floor houses the lobby, a lounge bar, and a conference hall for 50 people. The second floor is occupied by a banquet hall for 200 guests, complete with a dressing room and a VIP room. A restaurant for 120 guests operates on the third floor, while the fourth through seventh floors house the guest rooms.

Nurymbet Saktaganov, Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region, recognized the individuals who contributed to the project's implementation and the development of entrepreneurship in the region.
“Every year, the number of tourists in the region increases. Last year alone, over 450,000 tourists visited our region, which is 5% more compared to 2024. Furthermore, we rank first in the republic in terms of the number of accommodation facilities. There are about 4,500 such places in the country, and more than 9% are located in our region,” the head of the region emphasized.
Nurymbet Saktaganov noted that this work will continue, as East Kazakhstan possesses all the necessary opportunities for tourism development. Following the President's instructions, the region creates the required infrastructure in tourist areas annually. Last year alone, four recreation centers were opened in the EKR, and in 2026, the construction of two five-star hotels and three recreation centers will begin.
“Small and medium-sized businesses are the drivers of our economy. For our part, we are ready to provide entrepreneurs with all the necessary assistance and support within the framework of state and industry programs,” Nurymbet Saktaganov underlined.
The new hotel complex will contribute to the growth of the region's tourism attractiveness, create jobs, and contribute to the region's economy.
