The city beach is an integral part of the Samal Park of Culture and Recreation. It was opened in 2019 and immediately became a favorite recreation place for residents and guests of the regional center of East Kazakhstan. Lifeguards are constantly on duty at the beach. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
