Belkaragay is a village in the Katon-Karagay District of the East Kazakhstan Region.
Katon-Karagay district is the leader of the East Kazakhstan region in terms of the amount of horses: over 26 thousand heads. The largest number of farms engaged in the milking of mares and the production of kumis is located on the territory of the Belkaragay rural district. Along the road you can find yurts, where you can buy kumis and kurt.
