Oktyabrsky is a village in the Altai District of the East Kazakhstan Region. It is located about 51 km west of the district center, the city of Altai.
It is located 139 km southeast of Ust-Kamenogorsk on the right bank of the Bukhtarma reservoir.
On the right side of the road there are 2 gas stations - AI 95, 92, DT, gas and "Bukhtarma Oil" - AI 92, 95, DT. There is also a shop, roadside cafe "Ruslan" and convenience store "Utes". At the market along the road, locals sell dried and smoked fish.
