Targyn is a village in Ulan District of East Kazakhstan Region. It is located about 49 km south-east of the district center, the village of Kasym Kaisenov.
On the way out of the village there is a kumyskhana. In addition to kumis, they also sell saumal. There is also a mini-shop and a gazebo.
