Tugyl is a village in Tarbagatay District of East Kazakhstan region. It is located 5 km from the road, on the shore of the lake Zaysan. Near the road there is a fish market where you can buy pike, bream, carp or perch from local fishermen. You can also negotiate with them and rent a boat.
